This Refund Policy explains how refunds will generally be handled once the marketplace platform is operational.

2. Marketplace Role

Ospite Bee operates as a marketplace facilitator. Accommodation bookings are made between hosts and guests, and Ospite Bee does not own, manage, or operate any properties.

Refund decisions are primarily determined by:

  • the booking terms set by the host

  • applicable platform rules

  • applicable consumer protection laws

3. Pre-Launch Website

At this stage:

  • No bookings are processed through this website

  • No payments are collected

  • No refunds are issued through this website

Any enquiries made through the website are informational only.

4. Future Booking Refunds

​

When the Ospite Bee marketplace platform is live:

  • Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances of the booking, including cancellations, no-shows, or issues during a stay.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Ospite Bee does not charge platform fees on cancelled or failed stays.

Detailed refund rules applicable to hosts and guests will be published separately as part of the marketplace Terms of Service prior to launch.

If a dispute arises once the platform is live, it will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable platform rules and terms in effect at the time of the booking.
