Maximum Occupancy • Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight • No unregistered guests allowed without prior approval 3. No Parties or Events • Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited • Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM This is a secure residential golf estate with strict noise regulations. 4. No Smoking • Smoking is not permitted inside the house Smoking is allowed outside only. Please use ashtrays provided. 5. No Pets • Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance 6. Respect the Property Please: • Treat the home with care • Do not move furniture unnecessarily • Report any damage immediately Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. 7. Estate Rules Pecanwood Estate has its own security and conduct rules. Guests must: • Comply with estate security procedures • Respect speed limits within the estate • Carry identification if requested by security 8.
