Import calendar into Ospite Bee

Import your Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo calendar

Follow these steps to sync your existing calendar with Ospite Bee and prevent double bookings:

Step 1: Log in to Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo
Step 2: Go to your property calendar
Step 3: Find and copy the Export Calendar or iCal link
Step 4: Go to your listing on Ospite Bee
Step 5: Scroll to Calendar Sync (Airbnb / Booking / Vrbo)
Step 6: Paste the link and click Save

Your availability will now sync with Ospite Bee.

Export your Ospite Bee calendar to other platforms

You can also sync your Ospite Bee calendar with Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo.

Step 1: Go to your listing dashboard
Step 2: Click Edit listing
Step 3: Click Availability
Step 4: Copy your Export Calendar link
Step 5: Paste it into Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo under Import Calendar

This ensures bookings made on Ospite Bee automatically block those dates on other platforms.
