How Bee Points Work

Bee Points are Ospite Bee’s way of rewarding positive behaviour and helping guests save on future stays — without increasing costs for hosts.

Earn Bee Points

Guests earn Bee Points by taking actions that make the platform better for everyone, such as:

  • Leaving a review after a completed stay
  • (Future) Being a repeat guest on Ospite Bee
  • (Future) Participating in platform promotions

Bee Points are awarded only once a stay has been completed and a valid review has been submitted.

Your Bee Points Balance

Bee Points are linked to your Ospite Bee account and are non-transferable.
You’ll be notified when Bee Points are added to your account, along with your current balance.

Redeem Bee Points

Bee Points can be redeemed for discounts on future stays booked through Ospite Bee.

  • Bee Points are applied as a platform discount
  • They do not reduce the host’s listed price
  • Redemption is subject to minimum balances and limits per booking

This ensures hosts are protected while guests are rewarded.

Fair & Sustainable

Bee Points are funded directly from Ospite Bee’s platform fee — not from hosts.

This means:

  • Hosts are never penalised
  • Discounts are controlled and sustainable
  • The system remains fair for everyone

Important Rules

  • Bee Points have no cash value
  • Bee Points cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Bee Points may expire if an account is inactive for an extended period of 12 months

Abuse of the system may result in points being removed

We believe reviews should be honest and encouraged — not forced.
Bee Points create a positive incentive for guests to engage, without pressuring hosts or distorting pricing.
It’s one more way Ospite Bee puts fairness first.
