This service helps protect hosts against property damage and provides additional peace of mind when accepting bookings.

Available Protection Options

*Standard Protection – Recommended

Cost: USD $25 per booking

Includes:

  • Guest screening
  • Damage protection from $0 up to $50,000

Best suited for:

  • Apartments
  • Guest houses
  • Studios
  • Most short-term rental properties

This option covers both small incidental damage and larger claims.

*Premium Protection

Cost: USD $16 per booking

Includes:

  • Guest screening
  • Damage protection from $500 up to $1,000,000

Best suited for:

  • Luxury properties
  • Villas
  • High-value homes

This option does not cover damage below $500.

How It Works

  • Hosts select their preferred protection option when managing their listing.
  • The protection fee is charged per confirmed booking.
  • Guest screening and damage claims are handled directly by Truvi.
  • Ospite Bee facilitates access to this service but does not assess, approve, or pay claims.

All damage claims are handled directly by Truvi, not Ospite Bee.

Does Ospite Bee decide or pay claims ?

No. Ospite Bee does not assess, approve, or pay damage claims.

What types of damage are covered ?

Coverage may include accidental damage to property and contents, subject to Truvi’s terms and claim assessment.

Is this insurance ?
